Aviators in the Nigerian aviation industry are holding their breath in anticipation of the prestigious and desiderated annual awards ceremony organized by Air Transport Quarterly (ATQ) Magazine, scheduled for midday of Friday December 10, 2021.
As per sources, this year’s event is to hold at the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) Annex, Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja – Lagos, and is expected to attract a throng of aviation professionals and stakeholders.
According to the MD/Editor-in-Chief of ATQ Magazine, Mr. Supo Atobatele, even though the event could not be held in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it holds this year with the aim of celebrating inspiring aviators and institutions that have made an indelible mark in the Nigerian aviation industry in 2021.
The maiden edition of ATQ Magazine was published in July of 2014, and today, after seven years, its team continues to report on aviation as ATQ recognizes the effort of many aviation professionals who have contributed in various ways to the growth and sustainability of this cherished industry.
