Ewos is also the Programme Coordinator of the National Travel Essay Competition (NTEC), a capacity building and industry awareness initiative geared towards addressing the challenge of ageing workforce and skilled manpower shortage with a grassroots approach.
A regular commentator on issues affecting the sector, he is also a Media Consultant representing a number of high profile local and foreign organisations and has attended many conferences, seminars and courses in aviation both locally and abroad and has a well textured experience spanning over a decade.
