Nigeria’s leading Travel Agency, Wakanow, has once again emerged as the top Agent of the year. The announcement was made by Mr. Jonathan Appiah, Africa World Airline’s (AWA) Head of Commercial during its Agency Forum to mark the end of the 2022/2023 financial year at the Ibis Hotel, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos.
Wakanow posted an outstanding sales performance in the financial year, dwarfing any form of competition from the top ten (10) agencies drawn from among a select group of 100 agencies invited to the forum.
The Agency was presented with the Top Agent Award by the airline’s Head of Commercial, and Mrs. Adetuyi Maayo Olu-Samuel of Wakanow who was also present expressed her joy for the award as she received it on behalf of the Agency.
Wakanow has once again shown why it is one of Nigeria’s leading brands and the market leader in the travel agency space. “We are elated by their performance in the 2022/2023 financial year and we encourage them to keep up the good work,” Mr. Appiah remarked.
